Assertive Community Treatment (ACT)

ACT is a program for adults experiencing persistent and severe mental illness, with the goal to keep clients out of the justice system and psychiatric hospitalization.

Partnership for Active Community Engagement (PACE)

PACE is an outpatient reintegration program connecting adults in court-ordered treatment and probation programs with therapy, case management, peer support, medication management, and resources.

Cognitive Enhancement Therapy (CET) 

A year-long training program for adults to learn how to manage their mental health diagnoses and stimulate thinking to create new neural pathways. MHP is the only site in Colorado offering CET.
