HEALTH EQUITY

Making mental health equitable

Clinica Family Health & Wellness is committed to engaging, serving, and leading our neighbors in Adams, Boulder, Broomfield, and Gilpin counties into wellness. We accomplish this by confronting stigma and eliminating the barriers to care – one individual and family at a time. We also work to change systems and processes that impact entire communities.

Embedded in our community

Through strategic partnerships with local organizations, our Community Health Workers are available onsite throughout the week to provide in-person assistance to help individuals and families find and access resources for mental health, medical care, benefits eligibility, food insecurity, affordable housing, and other support. To find us in the community, view our Outreach Team schedule.
