Our Walk-In Crisis & Addiction Services Center in Louisville is open 24/7, every day of the year. You can come in for free, confidential, in-person support for things like substance use, anxiety, depression, or thoughts of suicide. We also offer support for withdrawal and detox, intensive outpatient substance use care, and medication-assisted treatment (MAT). Anyone can come — no matter your age, diagnosis, insurance, or where you live. You do not need to be a Colorado resident or a current client.

Crisis Intervention Services (CIS)
Walk in any time—day or night—for immediate mental health crisis support. Our team listens, helps you feel safe, and guides you through this moment of crisis. We also provide resources for continued healing. Learn more
Withdrawal Management (Detox)
Walk in anytime—day or night—for trauma-informed withdrawal support for intoxication from alcohol or drugs. People receive round-the-clock care, as well as getting connected with resources, case management, and a plan for long-term recovery.
UrgentPsych: Mental Health & Substance Use Urgent Care
Intensive Substance Use Outpatient Program
Get weekly therapy and intensive case management support. We also offer a 12-week intensive substance use outpatient program to get treatment and counseling (individual and group) to support lasting recovery.
Medication Assisted Therapy (MAT) and Psychiatric Support
Our psychiatric team can help you achieve your recovery goals through MAT treatment using medications like Suboxone, Sublocade, Vivitrol, Brixadi, and others. Other psychiatric support is also available.
