Yes, all of our locations are wheelchair accessible and ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) compliant. We believe mobility should never be a barrier when it comes to your health and wellness. 

Yes, we have gender neutral bathrooms available for visitors and clients to use. 

Yes, our Walk-In Crisis Center offers in-person support to our community with or without an appointment. We can help you or a loved one experiencing a mental health or substance use crisis – regardless of whether or not you are a client or have completed the registration process. You can also contact the National Crisis Lifeline by dialing or texting 988. 

Free parking for our Crisis Center is located on the east side and southwest corner of the building. From Century Drive, turn right into our parking lot. Accessible parking spaces are available. Please do not park directly in front of the doors (under the portico). 

No. Our Walk-In Crisis & Addiction Services Center provides immediate, in-person crisis support for anyone - including non-residents (such as people visiting the area and students). If you or a loved one need support, we can help.

According to the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), a mental health emergency or crisis is “any situation in which a person’s behavior puts them at risk of hurting themselves or others and/or prevents them from being able to care for themselves or function effectively in the community.”

Defining the precise meaning of "crisis" is less important. What matters more is being able to identify when a person's behavior causes them to be a danger to themselves or others, and then taking action to seek out immediate help. Whatever you or a loved one are going through, we can help you find the support you need.
