    Our comprehensive employee healthcare plans provide 100% coverage for preventative care for you and your family with options from Kaiser or Cigna. We also provide dental and vision coverage.

    We partner with BrightPlan to offer staff a company-sponsored financial wellness benefit to help you maximize your money and build a financial plan you feel confident in. 

  • Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) & Health Savings Account (HSA)

    We offer flexible spending accounts, which can be used to reimburse eligible medical or dependent care expenses. Staff enrolled in a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) get automatic contributions to their HSA to help offset out-of-pocket healthcare costs.   

  • Retirement Plan

    Our retirement program allows you to set aside more money for retirement. We offer both pre- and post-tax contribution options as well as an employer contribution. 

  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

    All staff and their household members have access to our EAP, through which you can obtain mental health services, financial planning advice, legal support, and more. 

  • Licensure & Professional Development

    We support your continued growth by providing or sponsoring professional development opportunities and helping you meet licensure requirements. 

  • Paid Time Off

    We provide paid time off to support employee wellness and work/life balance. Staff are encouraged to take full advantage of their vacation time, personal holidays, sick leave, extended illness bank, and the potential of paid holidays based on your assigned schedule. 

  • RTD EcoPass

    All staff can apply for a no-cost EcoPass to ride free on all RTD buses, shuttles, and trains. 

  • Long-Term Disability

    In the event of critical illness or injury, we offer several disability insurance options to help compensate for lost income. Long-term disability replaces a portion of your pre-disability monthly earnings. 

  • Life Insurance

    Protect your loved ones by enrolling in basic life insurance coverage with an option to purchase additional individual and dependent coverage. 

  • Pet Insurance

    We partner with Nationwide to offer affordable pet insurance plans through their My Pet Protection Plan to help cover veterinary bills and other expenses.
