Are you or a loved one experiencing a mental health crisis?

Our Walk-In Crisis & Addiction Services Center is open to serve anyone experiencing a self-defined mental health or substance use "crisis." Get confidential, immediate, in-person support, information, and referrals. This Center is available to those in need of direct services or those seeking to help engage another person in services, whether the crisis is related to substance use, mental health, or both.

Aside from our 24/7 Walk-In Crisis Center which always remains open to serve individuals who are experiencing a mental health crisis, most of our locations and facilities are closed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) – as well as the following holidays:

Juneteenth

Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Day after Thanksgiving
Christmas Eve Day
Christmas Day

In cases of severe/inclement weather, we do everything possible to keep locations open for scheduled appointments and/or move services to virtual appointments, when possible. Visit our Locations page and follow us on social media for the most up-to-date information about upcoming closures.

All clients should receive a monthly statement sent to the mailing address they have on file. Our Billing & Customer Service team is available to assist you Monday – Friday, from 7:30am-4:30pm. This team can help you make a payment, set up a payment plan, apply for financial assistance, and answer any billing questions you may have.
