Nederland Fire Updates, Information, & Resources
In the early morning hours of Thursday, October 9, a fire broke out in downtown Nederland, affecting the Caribou Village strip mall and several local businesses. While we are incredibly thankful that no one was physically harmed, we know this event has been deeply upsetting for many in the Nederland community. Our hearts are with everyone whose lives and livelihoods have been impacted.
Our Nederland Clinic, located across the street from the affected area, remains structurally intact. Thanks to the swift response of the Nederland Fire Department and first responders across Boulder County, the fire was contained before it could spread further. We extend our sincere gratitude to all who responded quickly and continue to support recovery efforts.
This event has been a painful moment for our mountain community, but also a reflection of its strength and resilience. Clinica Family Health & Wellness is proud to be part of this compassionate community, and we remain committed to supporting our neighbors as recovery and healing continue.
Nederland Clinic Updates
Due to ongoing recovery and mitigation efforts, our Nederland Clinic will remain closed today (Friday, October 10).
All care for Nederland patients and clients is temporarily moving to our Gilpin County Clinic, and we will provide updates here as soon as we know when regular hours can resume.
