Comprehensive, convenient care
By housing several acute care programs in one location, we can get people the help they need on-site without requiring them to travel to another facility. This centralization leads to better health outcomes and more personalized treatment – whether it is scheduling ongoing therapy to manage stress, anxiety, address trauma, or safely support other mental health or substance use challenges.

SERVICES
Comprehensive acute care from one convenient location
A mental health or substance use crisis can happen at any time, whether or not they have a previous mental health diagnosis or a history of substance use. Keeping all Acute Care programs under one roof in Louisville, Colorado allows us to better meet people where they are, quickly understand what they need, and guide them to the right level of care.
Mental health crisis support whenever you need it
Our Crisis Intervention Services (CIS) team offers 24/7/365 in-person support for anyone experiencing a mental health crisis. A “crisis” can be self-determined by the individual and varies by person. No appointment or insurance required to receive confidential and compassionate crisis care.
Walk-in mental health and substance use urgent care
UrgentPsych: Mental Health & Substance Use Urgent Care is a walk-in program that provides in-person support from licensed experts to any person – regardless of your insurance coverage, place of residence, language needs, or medical history. UrgentPsych aims to increase access to care in our community by bridging the gap between ongoing outpatient care and a crisis intervention. UrgentPsych is for individuals who need prompt professional support but don’t believe they are in crisis. Financial assistance may be available for those who meet income qualifications and are uninsured, or when services are not covered by their plan. Learn more
Taking the first step in recovery
As the only non-medical detoxification facility in Boulder County, our Withdrawal Management program provides a safe and supportive place for mild to moderate detoxification from alcohol and/or drugs. We provide medical monitoring and emotional support to ease withdrawal symptoms and help connect individuals to treatment and recovery resources.
Guiding people to long-term recovery
The term “outpatient” means individuals receive health services in an office or clinical setting rather than being admitted to a hospital or institution overnight. Through outpatient substance use treatment (which can include therapy and medication management), we help people learn how to cope with stressors and manage their long-term mental health and recovery from alcohol and/or drugs. We take a collaborative team-based approach by providing comprehensive treatment, support, and resources based on each person’s needs and goals.
