A mental health crisis (whether related to substance use, anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, or other factors) can happen at any time. Our Walk-In Crisis & Addiction Services Center in Boulder is open 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Services include confidential, in-person support, information, and referrals to anyone in need, as well as supportive withdrawal management and detox care. We serve anyone – regardless of age, diagnosis, insurance, or home address. You do not need to be a Colorado resident or a current client to get help.   

Ryan Wellness Center is houses several outpatient programs - including Boulder adult Behavioral Health Home (BHH), jail-based services, and our Integrated Health Home (IHH). This beautiful and modern facility houses numerous programs and services under one roof. Services include psychiatric providers, medication support, housing support, case management, peer services, vocational/educational support, a computer lab, wellness offerings, and more.

This integrated clinic in Nederland, Colorado is designed to provide comprehensive behavioral, mental, and physical health care services to mountain communities in and around Boulder County, all from one convenient location. 

Established in 2021 in response to the Table Mesa King Soopers shooting, the Boulder Strong Resource Center is a safe place of healing and support dedicated to serving as a resource and referral center for residents, visitors, and first responders affected by the event. The Norton Center for Behavioral Medicine houses our Boulder Adult Outpatient Services (BAOS), Boulder Child/Adolescent and Family Services (BCAFS), and Community Infant Program (CIP) teams. Outpatient services include individual and group therapy services to clients. BCAFS offer additional family services such as family therapy, parent coaching, child and adolescent psychiatric services, and case management. CIP provides in-home services. The Norton Center also has an on-site pharmacy, run by Genoa Pharmacy, for clients needing medications. 

At our Broomfield Clinic, we provide a wide range of outpatient mental health services for children, teens, families, and adults - including peer support, and individual and group therapy.   

Located in the St. Vrain Community Hub (second and third floors), our downtown Longmont location offers a wide range of mental health services for individuals and families. Genoa Pharmacy is also available for prescription medications.

Our Wellness Education Center in South Longmont serves adults looking for a community-based program offering individual and group therapy, wellness coaching, groups, and activities. Several home and community-based services are housed at this location, including our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) and ASCENT programs. 

Our Lafayette location offers general outpatient services for adults, teens, children, and families on Medicaid/Medicare, as well as clients with commercial (private) insurance. This location also houses our Anxiety Services, trauma-focused programs, and administrative offices.
