Wellness Education Center

Our Wellness Education Center in South Longmont serves adults looking for a community-based program offering individual and group therapy, wellness coaching, groups, and activities. Several home and community-based services are housed at this location, including our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) and ASCENT programs. 

Hours of Operation

Monday: 8:30am–5pm* 

Tuesday: 8:30am–5pm* 

Wednesday: 8:30am–5pm* 

Thursday: 8:30am–5pm** 

Friday: 8:30am–5pm* 

Saturday: Closed 

Sunday: Closed 

 

*Closed daily for lunch: 12-1pm.

**Closed Thursdays for lunch: 12-2pm.
