Hilary Dryden
Hilary joined our team in January 2022. She enjoys involving patients in their care through shared decision-making, helping patients set attainable goals for treatment, and letting patients take the lead in identifying what outcomes of treatment are most important to them. Hilary has a background in public health and understands that mental health needs must be addressed from a global and community perspective. Understanding mental health as a public health issue, she recognizes that stable housing, job support, access to nutritious foods, safety, connection/positive relationships, and treatment for substance use are all imperative to good mental health treatment. Hilary is passionate about helping patients who struggle with sleep, and she is working on becoming certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I). In her free time, Hilary enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, running, yoga, snowboarding, cooking, and reading.
