Daisy Canales
Daisy is passionate about helping individuals get connected to resources and get the support they deserve. Daisy has some background as a research assistant at the University of Colorado Boulder and as an intern within outpatient services at University of Colorado Anschutz where she focused on individuals with anxiety and OCD, zoning on providing patients with Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy. She then transitioned to the Community Infant Program (CIP) at Clinica Family Health & Wellness as a bilingual care coordinator. She now has the ability to serve individuals within Spanish speaking communities and is able to ensure her clients and families have the adequate support systems in place as well as community resources. She hopes to become a bilingual clinician one day. Daisy’s preferred self-care activities are walking her two dogs, watching reality television, playing Stardew Valley, and having various crochet WIPs (works in progress).
