Colette Quattrone
Colette has worked in community mental health since 2017, bringing her passion for social justice into all of her work with clients. Colette is committed to and intentional about accepting intersectionality and the full spectrum of humanity. She recognizes that her clients are the experts of their inner worlds. Colette uses person-centered, anti-oppressive, grounded, and trauma-informed approaches in all interactions with her clients, collaborating on a path towards healing and reaching goals that align with their values. Colette is interested in supporting the enhancement of the quality of life for all people, with a focus on minoritized populations. She aims to eliminate stigma associated with mental illness and substance use, and she incorporates Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy into her therapeutic work. Colette hails from the Western Slope of Colorado. In her free time, she enjoys family time, hot springs, hiking, reading, and music.
