Where are you located?
We have facilities conveniently located throughout Adams, Boulder, Broomfield, and Gilpin counties - including Boulder, Broomfield, Lafayette, Longmont, and Nederland. Visit our Locations page to find the nearest facility near you.
Are your locations wheelchair accessible?
Yes, all our locations are wheelchair accessible and ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) compliant. We believe mobility should never be a barrier when it comes to your mental health and wellness.
What are your hours?
Our hours vary depending on the location. We recommend visiting our Locations page to see the most up-to-date hours of your preferred facility.
If you or a loved one are experiencing a mental health crisis, you can access immediate, in-person 24/7 Crisis Services any time, day or night. You can also contact the National Crisis Lifeline by dialing or texting 988 – or the Colorado Crisis Line at 1-844-493-8255 (or text “TALK” to 38255).
What days are you closed?
Aside from our 24/7 Walk-In Crisis Center which always remains open to serve individuals who are experiencing a mental health crisis, most of our locations and facilities are closed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) – as well as the following holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
- Memorial Day
- Juneteenth
- Fourth of July
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Day after Thanksgiving
- Christmas Eve Day
- Christmas Day
In cases of severe/inclement weather, we do everything possible to keep locations open for scheduled appointments and/or move services to virtual appointments, when possible. Visit our Locations page and follow us on social media for the most up-to-date information about upcoming closures.
Are your locations accessible by public transit?
Yes, all our locations are located on or near RTD public transit bus routes. You can visit our Locations page to see the nearest RTD bus stops for each location – or visit RTD-denver.com to plan how to get to one of our facilities.
Can I get a free ride service if I am on Medicaid/Medicare?
While we do not currently have such a service, state and local government programs sometimes offer free or low-cost transportation services for Medicaid members.
