SERVICES
Comprehensive care for families when and where they need it
Youth and their families who are enrolled in Intensive Family Services (IFS) benefit from wrap-around care – including assessments, treatment planning, psychoeducation, parent and youth skill-building, individual and family therapy, case management, peer support, and more. Our team will listen carefully to your unique situation to determine which services are right for your family.
Intensive In-Home Family Therapy
Through our IFS Intensive In-Home Family (IIH) therapy program, K-12 youth and their families can access specialized mental health and substance use services directly in their home to stabilize challenging behavior. The program works with the entire identified family and the youth’s support systems throughout the treatment process, with the goal of preventing higher levels of treatment (hospitalization or other inpatient facilities).
Functional Family Therapy (FFT)
Functional Family Therapy (FFT) is a short-term, evidence-based program designed to support high-risk youth (and their caregivers) who are involved in the juvenile justice system or at risk for severe behavioral issues or substance use. Our certified experts work with the youth’s family and support systems throughout treatment. Services are provided primarily in the home and community.
Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program (A-IOP)
Our Intensive Outpatient Program for teens and adolescents offers a supportive, structured environment for middle school and high school-aged youth experiencing significant behavioral health challenges. Kids benefit from more frequent individual/group therapy sessions, and other treatment and support. Parents/caregivers are encouraged to join weekly family groups and family sessions.
Community-based crisis respite support
Our Community-Based Crisis Respite service provides short-term supervision and support from mental health professionals for kids, teens, and adults experiencing a behavioral health crisis. By delivering more hands-on coaching for the client – and giving temporary relief to caregivers who feel burned out – this service helps prevent more intensive and disruptive interventions (like hospitalization or the justice system). Respite is offered in the home and community, allowing clients to maintain their daily routine in a familiar place.
