Kendra Wickline
Kendra’s philosophy is that our struggles do not define us and we are not our mental illness or addiction. She approaches all people through a trauma-informed lens and helps clients process trauma, gain skills to navigate the ups and downs of life, create healthier thought and behavior patterns, and navigate addiction. She believes you are the expert of your life, will play off your strengths, and provides direct feedback to help in your self-growth. Kendra especially enjoys working with adults who have experienced severe and complex trauma, who have experience addiction, who are involved in the criminal justice system, and/or who live with HIV. She offers Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) based interventions, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Additionally, Kendra provides letters for gender-affirming care and procedures.
