Elise Cupolo

Elise started working in the substance use disorder (SUD) field in 2008. She worked in New Jersey and Pennsylvania as a Behavioral Technician and became a Peer Recovery Specialist in 2018. Since joining our team in 2023, she has attained her Colorado credentials and plans to continue her education in mental health and SUD as she grows in her career. Elise is passionate, relatable, and caring. Due to shared experiences, she doesn’t hesitate to share her experience, strengths, and hopes when appropriate. She doesn’t mind being vulnerable and showing her humanity. Elise believes "We all can recover." She approaches individuals with compassion and encouragement, meeting them where they are to help them see their strengths and build them up from there. Elise has a singing background, loves music, watching weird shows on Netflix, and spending time with her family.
