Danielle Niedermeier-Smith
Danielle joined our team in 2007. She started out doing case management with youth in out-of-home placements. From there, she moved to providing brief solution-focused therapy with adolescents in juvenile detention, followed by comprehensive assessments for children through adulthood wanting to start services. Since the end of 2017, Danielle has served on the Behavioral Health Home (BHH) team when the program launched and she has been the Program Manager since 2022. She truly believes in community behavioral health care and the work Clinica Family Health & Wellness does. When she is not working, Danielle enjoys spending time with her spouse and two young children, running, hiking, and biking around the Boulder area.
