Chris Wortham
Chris joined our team in 2023 with a background in case management from Adams County, where he worked with high-risk adults in an outpatient setting. Before becoming a case manager, he worked in inpatient psychiatric hospitals in Northern Colorado, working primarily with adults experiencing severe and persistent mental illness. Chris started in the mental health field at Devereux Cleo Wallace, working with at-risk youth. He has a vast knowledge of social support systems in Colorado and works hard to advocate for and educate clients to meet their needs. Chris is passionate about ensuring the systems in place to care for the community stay true to their purpose, and that resources reach those who need them. He is passionate about supporting those in recovery to reach their goals. Chris is also a Crisis Prevention Institute instructor, helping his colleagues learn effective ways to work with those in crisis. When not at work, Chris enjoys hiking and cooking new recipes.
