Cally Fisher
Cally is a licensed therapist and has experience working with individuals who have long-standing mental health concerns, including PTSD and complex trauma. She is passionate about working with individuals who have experienced trauma and helping them work towards healing. They approach therapy through a holistic lens, understanding that a person has numerous facets that impact their lives — be it physical, biological, mental, emotional, spiritual, social, or cultural elements — and is sensitive to these factors throughout the course of therapy. Cally utilizes various trauma-informed and evidence-based forms of therapy including Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS)/parts work, somatic therapies/interventions, and mindfulness. In their free time, Cally likes to be outdoors, hike with her dog, go to concerts, and volunteer with wildlife rehabilitation.
