May is Mental Health Awareness Month
Help us spread awareness and reduce stigma
Each year, May is celebrated across the country as Mental Health Awareness Month.
This year, our theme is “Keep Going”. Wellness is a journey, and each person’s path is different. Finding hope, healing, and health for yourself and your loved ones can feel overwhelming. But through it all, you can make a choice to pursue wellness. Keep going – one day at a time.
Mental Health Partners invites our community to join us and other organizations in reducing stigma and increasing awareness about the importance of mental health.
